afternoon filled with a variety of horse activities

- Round pen activities to build a
relationship with a horse
- Leading a horse as a partner
through an obstacle course
- Grooming and caring for a horse
- Games on horseback

Cowboy Poetry Middle School Program - in
partnership with the horse
Developed by Strides to Success,
this program is not about poems. It is about using cowboy imagery and
ideals to teach core values and life lessons. The program uses cowboy
stories and activities to develop respect, creative thinking, and
imagination through commitment and hard work.
